1.) Conditions of participation
The organizer states that each participant is fully responsible for herself/himself and their actions inside and outside the event. This is especially true for physical exercises which are carried out individually, with partners or in a group. The signee agrees that she/he is in a sufficiently healthy and physically/mental resilient state in order to participate in the event. The course instructor has to be informed about existing injuries before the course starts to make sure special needs can be taken into account. That counts for physical as well as mental illnesses. During workshop times, each participant executes the positions/flows as described by the instructor, without overstepping his/her limits. If needed, variations of different positions are shown for various levels. Each participant is responsible to communicate and therefor ask for variations if the content exceeds their level. Any damage caused by herself/himself during the retreat exempts the organizer of liability claims.

2.) Registration, confirmation, validity
Registration for all our seminars has to be done through our website. With the submission of your registration form, you confirm that you agree to our General Terms and Conditions. Course fees and payments vary according to the module. For more information see section “Withdrawal, cancellation”.

3.) Retreat Registration Policy:
When booking through our online platform, your registration is only complete once payment has been made during checkout. Only fully paid registrations are confirmed — unpaid or incomplete bookings will not be processed or reserved. Once your registration has been confirmed, your booking is binding.

4.) Retreat Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, the following conditions apply:

4.1) Up to two months before the retreat starts:
Cancellations or changes (moving your booking) are possible. In all cases, an administrative fee of EUR 150 applies.

4.2) Between two months and one month before the retreat:
50% of the total retreat fee will be refunded.

4.3) Less than one month before the retreat / during the retreat / in case of no-show:
The full retreat fee remains due and is non-refundable.

4.4) Substitute participant:
You may provide a replacement participant to take your place. In this case the EUR 150 administrative fee applies.

5.) Postponement, event cancellation, disclaimer
barefootyoga.eu reserves the right to cancel, postpone or relocate an announced or current seminar schedule for organizational or commercial reasons. In case of a change/shift you will be informed immediately and payments will be reimbursed, if you do not agree with the alternate date. Private purchased bus, train or airplane tickets for arrival and departure can not be refunded in such a case.

6.) Disclaimer of liability
All information provided on the website (www.barefootyoga.eu) is checked carefully. Still, there’s no guarantee that the data is up to date and/or complete at all times. This applies especially to links to other websites. Information can be added, changed or deleted without prior notice.
