Mito FlyingMonkey
Mito is a German movement enthusiast, who loves to geek out on tricks, progression, biomechanics, health and spirituality. But most of the vital stuff in life doesn’t just happen in the mind, so more importantly he loves to play, explore, co-create and dive into the flow of movement. Since 2014 it is also part of his passion to share his insights and experience in Acroyoga, handstands and Thai-Yoga-Massage. He teaches workshops throughout Europe and on festivals around the world. His strengths are precise instructions, on-the-spot cues and subtle progressions.
Leading this event and sharing his passion for movement and touch, Mito intends to facilitate a holistic and transformative experience of embodiment movement, where community can happen in a natural and joyful way.

Lorenzo Campana
Lorenzo is passionate about adrenaline and movement. During his teenage years, he was lucky enough to train in artistic gymnastics for three years, as well as practice Parkour for four years and snowboard for eight. As a kid, he loved climbing trees… and people. Now, he mainly focuses on Acro, Acrobatics, and Handbalancing. Not much has changed.
Lorenzo will be sharing his movement background and his desire to share quality Acrobatics with you, he will always seek the most effective way to explain the mechanics behind each skill, while keeping the environment playful and fun.

Matteo Bagaz
Matteo is a certified AcroYoga Montreal Teacher. Since his early childhood he was spending as much time as possible in nature, exploring different types of movement, especially in the mountains. He discovers AcroYoga during an highline meeting and it was love at the first sight. Since that moment in 2015 he keeps on travelling through Europe (Italy and Spain in particular). Matteo loves to share food, tell (bad) jokes and introduce some of the funniest games alive. His main focus are the adaptability of the practice to the different types of body shapes and the safety for all the practioners.
Big smiles, funny moments and creativity inputs are the recipe of his workshops, all conducted in english with a little bit of italian accent and, of course, a lot of gestures 🙂 “Peace, love and balance”.

Based in Udine but frequently traveling across Europe, she has been teaching and performing on several festivals over the years.
Elisa’s teaching emphasizes the joy and inclusivity of AcroYoga, encouraging students to explore their potential in both the flyer and base roles. Elisa’s passion for movement, combined with her infectious enthusiasm, makes her a great guide for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Lana Fuketa
I finished elementary music school for guitar. From a young age, I trained in volleyball, basketball, and hip-hop. Besides acroyoga, my passions include handstands, dance (salsa and improvised dance), and slackline. Music plays an essential role in my daily life — it inspires me to express creativity in many ways, especially through movement and connection. My dream is to explore and create acro flows that include music in the background in combination with dance-aesthetic elements. I’d love to explore transitions synchronized with the tempo and vibe of the music, where the focus isn’t necessarily on advanced acro elements, but rather on the feeling, flow, exploring and creating a unique story. :))
In this retreat Lana will support all the Acro & Handstand classes and share her passion about movement and human connection with you.
